2 cans shoe peg corn
1 can French style green beans (with onions, red peppers and garlic)
1 can small English peas
1 jar of pimento
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon celery seed
2 tablespoons chives

Marinade:

¾ cup sugar
¾ cup vinegar
½ cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drain all vegetables. Sprinkle pepper, celery seed and chives on top and mix together with the vegetables. Mix together all ingredients for the marinade and pour over the vegetables. Refrigerate. It is better the next day. I shake the container from time to time to keep the marinate over all the vegetables. This will keep for weeks in the refrigerator.
