6-7 fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
1 T. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 C. flour
1 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
6 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Butter 10 x 6 baking dish. Spread peaches in the dish, sprinkle with lemon juice and extract. Sift all dry ingredients together; add egg and mix with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle the flour-egg mixture over the peaches. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake until golden brown, 35 - 40 minutes.
