Toss together:
1 head Chinese cabbage (bok choy) chopped fine
2 bunches scallions, chopped
2 packages Raman noodles (plain no flavoring) mashed and sautéed in ½ cup butter
4 oz slivered almonds

Dressing:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup sugar
½ cup olive oil
½ cup cider vinegar

Just pour dressing over and let it set- the longer it sets the better it tastes (overnight is a good time frame).
