2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup egg nog
1/2 cup butter melted
2 tsp rum extract
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350* F and grease a 9 X 5 loaf pan
Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add sugar, egg nog, butter, rum extract and vanilla. Blend well. Add flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Stir well until dry ingredients are moistened .
Pour into greased pan and bake for 45 -50 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and allow to cool.
Wrap tightly and store in refrigerator.
