Chop then caramelize 1 can black olives, 1 small can green olives, little oregano, 4 cloves chopped garlic.
Add tomatoes, 3-5 cans tuttarosa plum tomatoes, which have been put through the blender, and a fresh leaf of basil (optional)
Bring to a boil, simmer one hour.
