Directions:MATCHA TEA 1/4 teaspoon matcha powder for every 8-20 oz. of water. (Depending on preferred strength) . Add fine ground stevia leaf powder or coconut sweetener.
MATCHA SMOOTHIE 1/2 teaspoon matcha green tea powder, or more to taste 1 cup ice cubes, or as desired 1 cup orange juice 1 ripe banana

MATCHA GREEN TEA POWDER can be found in Asian markets, at most health food stores and specialty sections of large grocery stores. Using fine ground stevia leaves or coconut extract sweetener is optional, but makes it taste amazing.
Fill your water bottle up to almost the very top. Add 1/4 tsp of matcha powder for every 8-20 ounces of water. Add a few drops of liquid stevia or a 1/2 pinch of stevia powder, to taste. Put the lid on and shake shake shake until everything has dissolved.
