1 zucchini
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp pepper, salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
5 tbsp milk
Directions:
Directions:
Slice zucchini, mix dry ingredients. Dip slices in milk. Dump slices in plastic bag and coat with dry ingredients, bake at 425 degrees on cookie sheet until brown.
