1 seasoned chicken burger from Paouluccis
1/2 lb turkey chop meat
Pasta riscossa a few pcs broken in 3s
3 tbsp olive oil
3 shakes of Emerld Essence
1 sprinkler of Paul Prudhomme seafood magic
7 Baby bello mushrooms, sliced
10 asparagus chopped in quarters
1 Green
1 Red pepper chopped
1 sliced shallot
1/8 cup each of gruyere & emmenthal
1/4 of Vegetable stock
2 tbsp of stock & cornstarch to thicken

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat in oil with Emerld essence.
Add all veggies, sauté then add stock and cook approx. 15 minutes to soften veggies add cornstarch mix and Paul Prudhomme spice.
Once a little thickened add pasta and incorporate, take off the heat and add grate cheese (gruyere, comte or whatever other cheese).
Spray cassarole dish and put all ingredients in.
Sprinkle with breadcrumb on top. Spray the top with oil.

cover and cook for about 10 mins and then uncover and brown top.
