Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 lb. box macaroni (Mueller's is best)
1 bag or bunch or radishes
2 large green peppers
2 med cucumbers
4-5 stalks celery
3 whole dill pickles chopped small
2 large cans tuna (in water), drained
Hellman's Mayo (whole jar, size up from 30 oz)
1/3 - 1/2 cup mustard (to taste)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions, add 1 T. oil to water while cooking. Should be "al dente." Drain, rinse with cold water. Chop and add all ingredients. *Check the radishes - they should NOT taste bitter! For the dressing, mix the mustard (French's yellow) with the mayo before adding. The mixture should be PALE yellow. Add salt and pepper. Chill overnight before serving.

*You can replace green peppers with red, yellow or orange to add color.

This recipe is AMAZING. The original recipe makes a LOT, last time I made it, I halved the recipe with no problems.
