1 lbs. ground beef or chuck
1/2 lbs. Italian Sausage
2 bottles Ragü Spaghetti Sauce
1 box cream cheese
2-3 cups of Colby and Jack cheeses
1 small can sliced mushrooms
6 lasagna noodles

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 425ª F.

Cook ground beef and sausage and drain fat. Season to taste.
Add is Ragü sauce, mushrooms, and cream cheese. Simmer on low and stir occasionally until cream cheese is blended into sauce.

Boil lasagna noodles for 10 minutes or until tender to the tooth. Drain water once cooked.

In casserole pan layer as follows:

Lasagna (about three noodles)
Meat Sauce
Shredded Cheese until meat sauce is nicely covered
Repeat Layer

Cover lasagna with foil and put in oven for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove foil and put back in oven for another 15 minutes. Lasagna should be nice and bubbly. Let it stand 10 to 15 minutes to cool down before serving.
