Makes 2 loaves (traditional loaf) or 4 Baguettes

6 cups white bread flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp of yeast
1 TSP Salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
2 1/2 Cups hot water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve Sugar, Yeast and 1/2 Cup warm water in mixer for 10 mins.
2. Mix 3 cups of flour and salt, 1 cup water into Mixer.
3. Add remaining 3 cups of flour and water into mixer.
4. Add oil and mix for 1 minute and then check the consistency of the dough. The dough should be very sticky. If it is too dry, add more water.
5. Cover in bowl with non stick spray and let rise for 15 mins.
6. Kneed dough every 15 minutes for 5 minutes for a total of 1hr.
7. Let rest covered for 1hr.
8. Divide into 2 equal parts for 2 loaf pans, or 4 equal parts for baguettes. Shape and form.
9. Bake at 425. for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 375 for 18 minutes until golden brown. For baguettes, 425 until golden brown (18 minutes)
