1/2 cup ketchup
2 cups brown sugar
1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
6 Tbs lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt, pepper, paprika, garlic salt, cinnamon

You have been forewarned. This recipe is in high demand for one reason, and one reason only. It begs for forgiveness once the addiction begins! it will never let you go. You will never buy another BBQ sauce again from any store.
This goes on any meat, from hamburgers to hot-dogs, and even roasts and meatloaf's or ribs.
Special note of advise. This is a sugar based BBQ sauce, and that with that being said, you should only begin using this when you have reached the 3/4 point of the BBQ process. Let the sugars caramelize on your steak, but don't burn it.
You can also slow roast ribs in oven, and then finish the cooking process on the BBQ.

Mix all ingredients together, bring to a simmer for 30 minutes. For best results, let this sauce sit for 24hrs, or use immediately.

This great sauce becomes gooey and sticky and will make you mouth drool until your next BBQ. The key ingredient here is the cinnamon. For full effects of this recipe, don't omit this ingredient, and don't alter the amount by adding more. It will have a profound effect on the outcome.
