Waffles, about eight
!/4 c melted Butter
2 1/2 c 2% Milk, lukewarm
2 Eggs
1/2 c Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350º
Lightly grease a 9 x 9 cake pan or casserole dish.
Tear the waffles into small bite sized pieces
Toss them into the greased baking dish
In a bowl, whisk the milk, butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla until the eggs are fully incorporated. Pour this mixture evenly over the waffle pieces. Pat the waffles down to make sure all are soaking up the custard. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon if desired. Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes until the center is set. Top with a glaze if desired. Serve hot or cold.
