3 and 3/4 cups of Crushed Strawberries
7 cups of White Sugar
1/4 cup of Lemon Juice
1 package of Certo Liquid Pectin
1 cup of Sambuca

Directions:
Directions:
1) Crush Strawberries well with a Potato Masher
2) Add Sugar and Lemon Juice to Strawberries
3) Bring to a boil - stirring occasionally
4) Boil hard for 1 minute
5) Remove from stove. Stir in Certo Liquid Pectin
6) Stir for 5 minutes. Spoon off foam that doesn't stir back into the jam and discard.
7) Stir in Sambuca
8) Bottle the Jam as per Certo or Bernardin bottling directions

Makes 2 Liters (8 Cups) of Jam
