2 Cups Flour
1/3 Cup Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Lg. Egg (slightly beaten)
3/4 Cup Milk
1 Stick Butter or Margarine (melted)
1 Cup Blueberries (Fresh is best, but you can use frozen)
12 Cupcake Papers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Add egg, milk and melted butter until just combined. Gently fold in blueberries. Spoon into muffin pan lined with cupcake holders. Fill each one about 2/3 full.


Bake at 425 20- 25min.
