1 8oz. pkg. Cream Cheese (room temp)
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Almond Extract
2 Cups Heavy Cream
Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and almond extract. Use the whisk attachment and mix ingredients until smooth. While continuing to mix slowly add the cream. Scrape bottom and sides of bowl a couple of times to make sure everything is completely mixed. Continue to mix until stiff peaks form. Chill 30 min. before using.
