Juice of 1/2 lemon
3/4 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. white wine
Sprig of fresh thyme
2 T. butter, melted
1 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lemon juice, chicken broth, white wine and thyme in a saucepan and cook slowly until reduced slightly. Mix flour in melted butter and gradually add to the sauce. Continue cooking on low heat until thickened.
