1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup coconut
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter

Directions:

º350 oven
9x13 pan

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs then vanilla. Mix dry ingredients. Then for filling heat sweetened condensed milk to a boil, add chocolate chips and butter and stir.

To assemble
Put 3/4 of cookie mixture into a tray. Then spread on chocolate topping and daub on the rest of the cookie mixture.

Cook about 25 minutes.
