2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in chunks
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 large cans herb garlic pasta sauce
2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
5 oz. garlic croutons, crushed
2 c. uncooked pasta

Cook pasta, drain, and set aside. Mix chicken pieces with spices and oil and spread over the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover chicken with pasta and then top with pasta sauce. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º. Combine cheeses. Remove chicken from oven and layer 1/2 the cheese over the pasta then layer the crushed croutons and the the other half of the cheese. Return to oven and bake for an additional 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
