1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2c. sour cream
sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and garlic salt into a bowl. Cut in butter with a pastry blender or fork until mixture is crumbly.

Stir in sour cream lightly with a fork just until pastry holds together and leaves the sides of the bowl clean. Wrap in wax paper and or cling wrap and chill at least 4 hours or overnight.

Roll pastry 1/4 in. thick on a lightly floured surface. Cut into rounds or fancy shapes. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Brush cutouts with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in hot oven at 400º for 15 minutes or until puffed and golden.
