2 pounds Pork, large cube sized pieces
1 210 gram cans Herded Salsa Verde, or your favorite
1 large onion chopped
3 large crushed cloves garlic
salt



Directions:
Directions:
Salt meat, mix in onion, garlic and one can of sauce. Pour second can over top. Stew 35 min . Natural release about 20 minutes. Probably will be too much juice, if so remove pork to a bowl and saute to thicken. Put pork back in pot and keep warm until serving.
