7 pounds pork, palm sized pieces
1 1/2 TBL Emeril Rub
3 bay leaves
1 TBL Salt
2 large chopped onions
8 large cloves garlic crushed
2 dried red chilies
1 TBL oregano
1 soup size can of beef broth, 300 grams

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle meat with salt, oregano and Emerils, arrange meat in pan so there are some air gaps. Add onions, garlic, bay leaves and chilies, getting it mixed into meat in and up the sides. Pour the broth over. press stew button add 10 minutes (45 min total) Natural release.

7 pounds fit but I wouldn't go over that amount. Prep time 10 minutes. Time to get to pressure 10-12 minutes + 45 min cook time, and 20 min . natural release. 1 1/2 hour total until lid removal.
