1lb of ground beef (or turkey)
1 medium zucchini (chopped)
1 medium yellow squash (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 can of diced petite tomatoes (any flavor) I usually use onion & garlic
1 container of fat free beef broth
1 packet of chili seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion in a pot, salt and pepper to taste. When meat is brown, add: beef broth, zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, and chili seasoning. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes or until veggies are tender.
Serve with cornbread, sour cream, cheese or any way you like!!
