1/8 c. brown sugar, lightly packed
1 T. salt
1 T. paprika
1 T. dry mustard
1 t. freshly ground black pepper
1 t. dried oregano
1 t. dried thyme
2 pork tenderloins
4 t. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the dry ingredients in a small bowl. Pat tenderloins dry; rub with oil and coat with spice mixture. Refrigerate and then let pork stand at room temp for about 30 minutes before you grill them.

Preheat grill to medium heat (350 or so). Grill pork, covered with grill lid, 10 to 12 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest portions registers 145 degrees. Remove from grill, cover and let stand at room temp for 10 to 15 minutes to allow meat to rest. Thinly slice and serve.
