Ingredients:  
1 egg white beaten until stiff
3/4 cups light brown sugar, gradually add to egg white
keep beating until smooth
2 cups pecans, stirring with wooden spoon

Directions:
Directions:
Place clusters of pecan mixture on cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Bake for 20 minutes at 250º. Cool before removing from wax paper.
