4 thin pork chops
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
1 chopped green pepper
1 cup canned and drained pineapple chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from pork chops and brown in skillet on both sides. Combine cornstarch with vinegar and mix until smooth. Add juice, soy sauce and sugar. Cook sauce over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Pour over pork chops. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until tender. Add green pepper and pineapple. Simmer 10 more minutes.
