Fresh or frozen whole Brussels Sprouts
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper sprouts and sprinkle with enough olive oil to coat. Bake at 400º until brown and crispy (30 - 40 minutes). Shake baking pan a few times during cooking to brown evenly and coat with the oil.

Adjust quantity for number of servings.
