½ cup margarine or butter softened
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1-1/4 cup flour
7 apples, sliced, with ½ lemon squeezed on them

Topping mix:
3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
½ cup sugar (scant) (Decrease sugar if using blueberries)
1-1/2 Tbsp. regular flour
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine, sugar, and egg together.
Then add the flour. Press dough into a buttered pie plate.
Lay the apples on the dough.
Mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle on the apples.
Bake in 350º oven for approximately 1 hour.

*May substitute blueberries, peaches or plums.
