Chicken breasts (one per person)
Salt/pepper
flour
breadcrumbs

Sauce
1-2 tsps cornstarch
1 14 oz can College Inn consommé (I use MBT chicken bullion and water)
½ cup good white wine
1 lb. seedless green grapes (canned)

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken broth in a pot and add cornstarch.
Mix well till cornstarch is completely dissolved.
Add wine and cook over medium heat until slightly thickened.

Put browned chicken in ovenproof Pyrex dish (9x12x3) in a single layer.
Pour sauce over chicken and scatter grapes all over chicken.
Bake uncovered in a 350º oven for thirty minutes or until very hot
