2 lb. chicken or chicken pieces
garlic
onion
pepper
season salt (or salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika)

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and dry chicken. Rub with season salt and pepper.
Slice onion and garlic. Rub inside and outside of chicken with these vegetables.
Rub chicken with paprika.
Put ½ cup water in pan.
Bake at 375º degrees for 1-1/2 – 2 hours, breast side up.
Baste every 30 minutes.


*If chicken pieces are used, cover pan with foil for first 45 minutes. May take only 1-1/2 hours.
