One piece of first cut brisket (4-5 lbs.)
3 large diced onions
2-3 cloves sliced garlic
3 carrots cut in chunks
Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy Master
Salt, Pepper, Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Season meat with Kosher salt, pepper and paprika.
Put in pot that can go in oven.
Add onions, garlic and carrots.
Rub all this into meat
Add a few drops of Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy Master to 2 cups of water and mix well. Add this water to the brisket.
There should be about 1 ½ inches of water.
Cover pot and put into a 350º oven.
After about an hour turn meat over.
Continue turning meat every ½ hour or so until tender.
Taste gravy after about two hours and see if you need more seasoning.
Add beef bouillon cubes for added flavor.

When meat is done, take out of pot and put on platter and cover with Saran Wrap.
Remove as much fat from gravy as possible.
Put everything in blender and chop up.
If it is too thick add boiling water and if not tasty enough, add more beef bouillon.

Put covered meat in refrigerator to cool.
Slice against the grain and put in dish with the gravy.
Heat in 325 oven till nice and hot.
