3 pounds ground chuck (hamburger)
3 medium onions chopped (optional)
1 and 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs
1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper
1 and 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (I would use 1 teaspoon)
1/4 cups plus 2 tablespoons milk
Vegetable oil for frying.
3/4 cups Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 cups sugar
1/4 cups plus 2 tablespoons vinegar
3 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
Fresh chopped parsley to sprinkle on top

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first seven ingredients mixing well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Cook balls in hot oil until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels. Place balls in a 13"x9"x2" baking dish.

Combine remaining ingredients in medium sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over meat balls. Bake at 325º for 20 minutes.
