6 cups cubed potatoes
2 cups water
1 cup diced celery (optional)
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 cup chopped onion (optional)
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
4 cubes chicken bullion
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 9 ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender. Mix 1 tablespoon flour with tablespoon of milk to make a paste and stir into soup.

Stir in remaining milk and grated cheese, cover and cook until it thickens.
