2 oz. Rice Vermicelli
8 Rice Wrappers
1 1/3 T. fresh Basil
3 T. Mint
3 T. Cilantro
2 lettuce leaves
1 c. minced Shrimp or Fish

Sauce1:
4 tsp. Fish Sauce
1/4 c. Water
2 T. Fresh Lime Juice
1 clove garlic
2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. Garlic Chili Sauce

Sauce 2:
3 T. hoisin sauce
1 tsp. chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Soften vermicelli in hot water Soften wrappers also. Mince herbs, Place a small amount on of minced ingredients on a wrapper and roll. Tuck ends under. Slice the roll into bite size pieces. Dip in sauces.
