1 c. fennel seeds
3 T. coriander seeds
2 T. white peppercorns
3 T. kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add seeds in heavy pan over med heat and watch carefully, toss often so toast evenly.
When light brown and fragrant, pour onto plate to cool.
Grind when totally cool (add salt) to fine powder.
Store in tight glass jar in cool, fry place of freeze.7
