1 lemon zest
1/3 c parm
1/4 c pine nuts toasted
1/3 c GOO
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Food processor add basil, lemon zest, cheese, pine nuts, rough chop about 3-5 sec/
Keep motor running, add oil slowly until smooth
Season with salt
