2 and 1/2 half pounds yellow squash, sliced
1 large grated carrot
1 tablespoon salt and pepper to taste
1 cup water.
Cook squash until tender and drained.

TOPPING:
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 stick melted butter
1 pint (small) container sour cream
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup of Herbal Seasoned Stuffing Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients with squash and pour into a 9" x 13" x 1" buttered casserole dish. Top with more crumbs and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
