1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 (11 ounce) can Mandarin Oranges (with juice)

ICING:
1 (3 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix (instant)
1 small size can crushed pineapple (drained)

Directions:

CAKE:
Mix ingredients together with mixer. Pour into well greased layer cake pans. Bake at 325º for 15 to 20 minutes.

ICING:
Mix ingredients together with spoon. Spread on cake. Garnish with well drained oranges. Store in refrigerator and serve cold.
