2 c. cut up cooked turkey
1/2 t. seasoned salt (optional)
1 c. prepared turkey stuffing
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green peas
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. biscuit mix

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange turkey in a 9 inch greased pie plate; sprinkle with salt.

Arrange stuffing in small pieces over turkey. Top with onions and peas.

Beat together milk, eggs, and biscuit mix until smooth; pour over all.

Bake in 400º F. oven for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

May serve with hot turkey gravy.
