Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9x13 inch baking dish.

Prepare the dry corn bread mix according to package directions. Cool and crumble.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and saute the celery and onion until soft.

Place into prepared dish and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.

Jerry recommends GRANMA'S CORNBRED with his LOW COUNTRY GUMBO. I agree and would like to try the contrast in tastes and textures with Gabrielle Donaldson's RAW VEGAN SUSHI. The thought makes we want to draw something lovely. We are exploring tastes here, aren't we?

Personal Notes:
Do you want more and more of God’s kindness and peace? Then learn to know him better and better. For as you know him better, he will give you, through his great power, everything you need for living a truly good life: he even shares his own glory and his own goodness with us! And by that same mighty power he has given us all the other rich and wonderful blessings he promised; for instance, the promise to save us from the lust and rottenness all around us, and to give us his own character. ~ 2 Peter 1:2-4
