1 T. flour ½ stick butter
½ c. evaporated milk
4 cups cooked sweet potatoes

1 T. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick melted butter
1 ½ c pecan pieces

FILLING
Peel potatoes. Slice across the size of a half dollar. This will eliminate strings!) Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 13x9x2 pan.

Mix and spread on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
