2 (1oz.) cakes compressed yeast
½ c. lukewarm water
½ c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 ½ c. milk, scalded
3 eggs
½ c. margarine or butter (1 stick)
6 c. all-purpose flour (approximately)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Combine butter, sugar, salt and milk; cool to lukewarm. Add eggs and yeast; beat thoroughly. Beat flour in gradually. Turn out onto a floured pastry cloth and knead until smooth and elastic. Place in a buttered bowl; cover and let rise until double in bulk. Punch down and divide into 4 equal parts. Roll each part out on floured board and using biscuit cutter, cut rolls out, dip in melted butter and fold over. Place in biscuit pan. Let rise until double in bulk. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
