1 1/2 c Flour
2 T. Light Brown Sugar
4 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Ground Cloves
1/2c. Butter
1 c. Cooked Sweet Potato Puree
1/2 c. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Mix together in a bowl flour, light brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and ground cloves. Add butter diced, stir until it resembles meal. Stir in sweet potato and milk. Drop the batter by tablespoons on a greased baking sheet and bake in pre-heated hot oven 15 minutes until they are golden. Butter or honey on a biscuit is fine eating.
