1 c, steel cut oat (can do 2 cups or make some with oat bran and/or quinoa flakes, or oat groats, quinoa, buckwheat, or millet)
3 1/2 c almond milk or coconut milk and water up to 8 cups
1 c. peeled and chopped apple or 1/2 c. raisins or dried cranberries
1/2 c chopped nuts (almonds or pecans)
2 T. butter
1 T. cinnamon
2 T. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/2 t. salt
nutmeg 1/8 t. and cardomon 1/8 t.
4 T Hemp protein powder
