4 Lg Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Oil
1 16oz Can "Solid" packed Pumpkin
2 Cups Flour
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda

Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 3oz pkg Cream Cheese
1 Stick Butter (room temp)
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together eggs, sugar and oil. Add pumpkin. Mix well. Set aside. In a another bowl whisk together the rest of the batter ingredients. Now combine pumpkin and flour mixture. Mixing well. Pour batter into a GREASED & FLOURED 13X9
cake pan.
Bake @ 350 for 25-30 min or until done



For frosting cream together frosting ingredients. Refrigerate cake so the icing doesn't spoil.
