24-cream filled chocolate cookies, finely crushed
1/4 cup butter or margarine

OR use pre-made Oreo crust

1/4 cup milk
Few drops peppermint extract
Few drops green food coloring
1 jar marshmallow cream
2 cups heavy cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Combine cookie crumbs and butter/margarine. Press into springform pan or pie plate. reserving 1/2 cup or so of mixture for topping.

Pie: Gradually add milk, extract and food coloring to marshmallow cream, mixing well until blended. Fold in whipped cream; pour into crust. Sprinkle with crumbs if desired. Freeze.

Quick and easy pie for holiday's but also refreshing in the summertime. Peppermint is cooling in the warmth of summer- can be a refreshing dessert.
