Marinated Pork Tenderloin Recipe

2 lb. tenderloin, usually comes in 2 pieces
1/4 C soy sauce
1/4 C bourbon
2 1/2 T brown sugar
Optional: dash of ginger or ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients above for marinade
Place tenderloin in 11x7 glass baking dish
Pour marinade over tenderloin
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours turning 2 times
Remove from marinade and place on rack
Reserve marinade for basting
Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees, basting occasionally
Dash of ginger gives oriental flavor
Do not overcook, this makes very tender pork
