2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 C plain yogurt
1/4 C melted butter or margarine, cooled
1 C cornmeal
1 t each salt and pepper
1/2 t soda
1 C grated Monterey Jack
1 C cream style corn
1/2 C minced scallions
1/2 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º
Whisk together eggs, yogurt, and butter in medium bowl
Add dry ingredients and mix well until blended
Add remaining ingredients - mix well
Pour into greased 10" heavy skillet
Bake 40 minutes
