6 oz. Chocolate Chips
12 oz. pkg. Small Marshmallows
6 tbsp. Oleo
1 cup Ground Pecans
1 (12 oz.) can Evaporated Milk
1 1/3 cup Coconut
2 cups Crushed Rice Chex
1/2 gal. Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions:

Melt chocolate chips in milk in microwave until it comes to a boil. Boil for 4 minutes stirring occasionally. Add marshmallows and heat again until melted. Cool. In a large skillet, cook and stir until slightly brown the melted oleo, coconut, Rice Chex, and nuts. Spread a layer of cereal mixture in bottom of 9x13 inch buttered pan. Cut 1/2 gallon of ice cream in 4 large sheets and lay one sheet on Chex mix. Pour or cover with chocolate mixture over the ice cream. Layer remainder of ice cream and then the chocolate mixture finishing with Chex mix. Freeze and serve.
