6 - 3/4" pork chops
1 T shortening
salt - pepper
1 - 8 oz sliced pineapple
3/4 C whole cranberries
2 chicken bouillion
3/4 C boiling H2O
3 T light brown sugar
3 T vinegar
1 green pepper cut in rings
3 T cornstarch
3 T H2O

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet brown chops in shortening
Season with salt and pepper
Drain pineapple, reserve juice
Combine pineapple juice with cranberries, blend well
Dissolve bouillion in boiling H2O
Stir in brown sugar and vinegar
Add cranberry mix and bouillion mix to pork chops
Cover, simmer 50 minutes at 350 until tender
Top each pork chop with pineapple slice and green pepper ring
Cover, cook additional 10 minutes
Carefully remove chops with toppings to serving platter
Blend together cornstarch and H2O
Add to sauce, stir until thickened, pour sauce over chops
